Period for compliance with order
137 Period for compliance with order
(1) An order must specify a reasonable
period within which the terms of the order are to be complied with, subject to
this section.
(2) An order may require immediate compliance with its terms in
circumstances which the council believes constitute a serious risk to health
or safety or an emergency.
