111 Application of secs 108, 109 and 110 to the Crown
(1) A council that
proposes to revoke or modify an approval given to the Crown or a person
prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of section 72 must also give
notice of its proposal to the Minister.
(2) A council must not revoke or
modify such an approval except with the written consent of the Minister.
