(a) refuses or intentionally delays the admission to any place of the Supervisor or an inspector in the exercise by the Supervisor or inspector of the Supervisor’s or inspector’s powers under this Act,
(b) intentionally obstructs the Supervisor or an inspector in the exercise by the Supervisor or inspector of any such power,
(c) fails to comply with a request of the Supervisor or an inspector made under any such power, or
(d) conceals any person from the Supervisor or an inspector or prevents any person from appearing before or being examined by the Supervisor or an inspector or attempts so to conceal or prevent any person,is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units.
