Interpretation for the purposes of this Division
49 Interpretation for the purposes of this Division
In this Division,
"specified person" means a person suspected or believed by the Supervisor, on
reasonable grounds, to be capable of giving information concerning any matter
being inquired into pursuant to this Division.
