Certain provisions of memorandum or articles of association of loan fund company void
31 Certain provisions of memorandum or articles of association of
loan fund company void
Any provision contained in the memorandum or articles of association of a
loan fund company which is inconsistent with a provision of this Act or of the
regulations shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
