LAW ENFORCEMENT (CONTROLLED OPERATIONS) ACT 1997 - SECT 20A
Application of Act to cross-border controlled operations
(1) This Act
applies in respect of cross-border controlled operations (with any necessary
modifications), subject to the modifications set out in this Part.
(2)
Section 14 (Retrospective authority) does not apply in respect of a
cross-border controlled operation.
