LADY EDITH CARPENTER LAND VESTING ACT 1937 - SECT 2

2 Vesting of land

(1) The land described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby divested from Edith Carpenter and vested in His Majesty.

(2) The land so vested shall, from the commencement of this Act, be deemed to be Crown lands and to be dedicated for hospital purposes in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-four of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act 1913 .
