False or misleading information in applications
80G False or misleading information in applications
(1) A person must not,
in or in connection with an application for a DECCD access order, give
information to a Magistrate that the person knows to be false or misleading in
a material particular.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units or imprisonment
for 2 years, or both.
(2) This section applies whether or not the information
given is also verified on oath or affirmation or by affidavit.
