Failure of person to disclose identity on request
13B Failure of person to disclose identity on request
A person who is
requested by a police officer in accordance with this Division to disclose his
or her identity must not, without reasonable excuse, fail or refuse to comply
with the request.
Maximum penalty: 2 penalty units.
