12 Failure of person to disclose identity on request
(cf Crimes Act 1900 , s
563)
A person who is requested by a police officer in accordance with sections 11
and 201 to disclose his or her identity must not, without reasonable excuse,
fail or refuse to comply with the request.
Maximum penalty: 2 penalty units.
