Chief executive officer may grant approval for assumed identity
4 Chief executive officer may grant approval for assumed identity
(1) The chief executive officer of an authorised agency may grant approval (an
"assumed identity approval") for the acquisition and use of an assumed
identity by an officer of the agency. The approval remains in force until it
is revoked.
(2) The chief executive officer may vary or revoke an assumed
identity approval at any time. Notice of the variation or revocation must be
given to the officer to whom the approval applies.
(3) An assumed identity
approval can relate to more than one assumed identity.
