LAW ENFORCEMENT AND NATIONAL SECURITY (ASSUMED IDENTITIES) ACT 1998 - SECT 11

11 Audit of record

(1) The record kept under section 10 is to be audited at least once every 12 months by a person appointed by the chief executive officer of the authorised agency concerned. The person appointed to audit the record may but need not be an officer of the authorised agency concerned.

(2) The results of an audit are to be reported to the chief executive officer of the authorised agency.
