The provisions of Part 4 of Chapter 4 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986
apply, with any necessary modifications, to warrants of arrest, or warrants of
commitment, issued under this Act in the same way as they apply to warrants of
arrest or warrants of commitment issued under that Act.
