LANDLORD AND TENANT (RENTAL BONDS) ACT 1977 - SECT 16
Offences and penalty
16 Offences and penalty
(1) Any person who contravenes, whether by act or omission, any provision of
this Act is guilty of an offence against this Act.
(2) Any person who is
guilty of an offence against this Act shall, upon conviction, be liable to a
penalty not exceeding 20 penalty units.
