New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA certificate purporting to be a certificate given by the Chairperson of the Board or his or her delegate certifying that no rental bond has been deposited with, or that no rental bond was or is held on deposit by, the Board in relation to a tenancy of premises specified in the certificate during a period specified in the certificate shall be received in evidence in a court and shall, until the contrary is proved, be accepted as evidence of the matters set out therein.
