New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsEvery tenant to whom any originating process in proceedings in the Supreme Court for recovery of land is delivered, or to whose knowledge any such originating process comes, shall forthwith give notice thereof to his or her landlord, or his or her bailiff or receiver, under penalty of forfeiting the value of three years’ improved or rack rent of the land demised or held in the possession of such tenant to the person of whom he or she holds to be recovered by proceedings in the Supreme Court.
