Protection of Magistrates, constables etc

28 Protection of Magistrates, constables etc

It shall not be lawful to bring any action or prosecution against the Magistrate by whom such warrant as aforesaid has been issued, or against any constable, peace officer, or bailiff by whom such warrant has been executed for issuing such warrant or executing the same respectively by reason that the landlord, by or for or on whose behalf the same is obtained, had not lawful right to the possession of the land in respect of which such warrant has issued.
