LICENSING AND REGISTRATION (UNIFORM PROCEDURES) ACT 2002 - SECT 7
Applications for amendment of licences
(1) This section applies to any licence that, pursuant to the relevant
licensing legislation, may be amended.
(2) An application for the amendment
of a licence may be made to the relevant licensing authority by the licensee
at any time while the licence is in force.
