LICENSING AND REGISTRATION (UNIFORM PROCEDURES) ACT 2002 - SECT 45
Withdrawal of applications
(1) An applicant may withdraw an application at any time before a certificate
of registration is issued under section 49.
(2) The withdrawal of an
application under this section entitles the applicant to a refund of fees
under section 51.
