LICENSING AND REGISTRATION (UNIFORM PROCEDURES) ACT 2002 - SECT 26
Evidentiary certificates
26 Evidentiary certificates
(1) A certificate that is issued by a licensing authority and that states
that, on a specified date or during a specified period: (a) a specified person
was or was not a licensee under a specified licence or under a licence of a
specified kind, or
(b) a specified person’s licence was or was not in
specified terms, or
(c) a specified person’s licence was or was not subject
to specified conditions, or
(d) a specified person’s licence was or was not
suspended or cancelled,
is admissible in legal proceedings as evidence of the
matters so stated.
(2) This section is in addition to any provision of the
relevant licensing legislation with respect to evidentiary certificates.
