LICENSING AND REGISTRATION (UNIFORM PROCEDURES) ACT 2002 - SECT 16
Withdrawal of applications
(1) An applicant may withdraw an application at any time before a licence is
issued under section 20.
(2) The withdrawal of an application under this
section entitles the applicant to a refund of fees under section 22.
