Constitution of Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales
4 Constitution of Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales
(1) There is constituted by this Act a body corporate with the corporate name
of the Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales.
(2) The Foundation is a
continuation of, and the same legal entity as, the former Law Foundation.
(4)
The Foundation is not and does not represent the Crown.
