LAW AND JUSTICE FOUNDATION ACT 2000 - SECT 12
Delegation by Foundation
12 Delegation by Foundation
(1) The Foundation may, by instrument in writing, delegate to a person any of
the functions of the Foundation, other than this power of delegation.
(2) The
person may sub-delegate the exercise of a delegated function to another person
if the first-mentioned person is authorised in writing to delegate the
function to that person by the Foundation.
