LEGAL AID COMMISSION ACT 1979 - SECT 59
Determination of appeal
59 Determination of appeal
(1) A Legal Aid Review Committee shall determine an appeal made to it and in
so doing may make such order with respect to the matter the subject of the
appeal as it thinks fit.
(2) A Legal Aid Review Committee shall give notice,
in writing, of its determination of an appeal to the appellant and to the
Commission.
(3) A Legal Aid Review Committee shall record its reasons for the
determination of an appeal.
