59 Determination of appeal
(1) A Legal Aid Review Panel must determine an appeal made to it and in so
doing may make such order with respect to the matter the subject of the appeal
as it thinks fit.
(2) A Legal Aid Review Panel must give notice, in writing,
of its determination of an appeal to the appellant and to the Commission.
(3)
A Legal Aid Review Panel must record its reasons for the determination of an
appeal.
