LEGAL AID COMMISSION ACT 1979 - SECT 31
Application for legal aid
(1) A person may apply to the Commission for legal aid.
(2) Nothing in
subsection (1) prevents a person from making an application on behalf of
another person.
(3) An application is to be made in the manner and form
approved by the Commission.
