LOTTERIES AND ART UNIONS ACT 1901 - SECT 22D
Remedial orders
22D Remedial orders
(1) A court that finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act or the
regulations, being an offence that is prescribed by the regulations for the
purposes of this section, may, by order, suspend or revoke a permit issued
under this Act to the person or take any other action prescribed by the
regulations, in addition or as an alternative to any penalty that it may
impose in respect of the offence.
(2) A person who, without lawful excuse,
fails to comply with an order under this section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
