Proceedings for offences
22 Proceedings for offences
(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act (other than an offence under
section 14 or 16) or the regulations are to be dealt with summarily by the
Local Court.
(2) Any such proceedings may be commenced at any time within 3
years after the offence was allegedly committed.
