Penalty for selling ticket etc in foreign lottery
21 Penalty for selling ticket etc in foreign lottery
(1) Whosoever sells or offers for sale or accepts any money in respect of the
purchase of any ticket or share in a foreign lottery shall be liable to a
penalty not exceeding 25 penalty units.
(2) This section extends to sales,
offers for sale and acceptances made by telephone, facsimile or other
electronic means.
