Delegation of Minister’s powers
15A Delegation of Minister’s powers
(1) The Minister may, by writing under the Minister’s hand, delegate any of
the Minister’s powers or functions under this Act to an officer of the
public service.
(2) Any delegate when acting in pursuance of any such
delegation shall be deemed to be the Minister.
(3) The Minister may at any
time by writing under the Minister’s hand revoke any such delegation.
