New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny prize unclaimed by the person holding the ticket entitling the person to that prize, or by some person duly authorised in that behalf, for a period of three months after the drawing of the lottery or the conclusion of the game of chance, shall be sold under the direction of the Minister, and the proceeds of the sale paid into the fund for which the organisation was formed, or to the institution in aid of which the lottery or game of chance was conducted, as the case may be.
