Provisions relating to making of late hour entry declaration
89 Provisions relating to making of late hour entry declaration
(1) The Director-General must give written notice of a proposed late hour
entry declaration: (a) to each licensee whose licensed premises are the
subject of the proposed declaration, and
(b) to the local consent authority
for those premises.
(2) Any such licensee or the local consent authority may,
within 21 days after the notice is given to the licensee or the authority (as
the case requires), make a written submission to the Director-General in
relation to the proposed declaration.
(3) The Director-General must, before
deciding whether to make a late hour entry declaration, take into
consideration any submissions received by the Director-General under
subsection (2).
(4) The regulations may prescribe other requirements that the
Director-General must comply with before making a late hour entry declaration.
