(1) The Local Court may, on application by any person, order a licensee to
close the licensed premises for a period of time specified in the order if the
Court is satisfied that there is, or is likely to be, a breach of the peace in
the neighbourhood of the licensed premises.
(2) A licensee must comply with
an order made under this section.
: Maximum penalty--50 penalty units or
imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
