(2) An application for the suspension of a
licence must--
(a) be in the form and manner approved by the Authority, and
(b) specify the period that the licensee is seeking to have the licence
suspended, and
(c) specify the reasons for the proposed suspension, and
(d)
be accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed by the regulations.
(3) The
Authority may, if the Authority is satisfied that the suspension of the
licence is reasonable in the circumstances, suspend the licence, by notice in
writing to the licensee, for the period specified in the notice.
(4) The Authority may, on application by a
licensee and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the regulations,
vary or revoke the suspension of a licence under this section.
