(1) Except during any period of suspension, a licence continues to be in force
until such time as it is surrendered to the Authority, cancelled or otherwise
ceases to be in force or, in the case of a licence that is granted for a
specified term, when that term expires.
(2) A licence may be surrendered only
in accordance with such arrangements as may be approved by the Authority.
