New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsSubject to the code of regulations so to be formulated and adopted by the said Council, the said Council shall have the general management and superintendence of the affairs, concerns, and property of the said school, and shall have full power to appoint and dismiss the head master of the said school, and also to make such rules and by-laws as to the said Council shall seem expedient for conducting the business of the Council and carrying into effect the provisions and objects of this Act, and such rules and by-laws or any of them to alter or revoke from time to time, and substitute others in their place.
