JUDGES' PENSIONS ACT 1953 - SECT 10
Payment of pensions
10 Payment of pensions
(1) All pensions payable under or by virtue of this Act: (a) shall accrue from
day to day,
(b) shall be payable fortnightly,
(c) shall be charged upon and
payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
(2) A lump sum payable under
section 12 is charged on and payable out of the Consolidated Fund.
