(1) The Commission may organise and supervise an appropriate scheme for the
continuing education and training of judicial officers.
(2) In organising
such a scheme, the Commission shall--
(a) endeavour to ensure that the scheme
is appropriate for the judicial system of the State, having regard to the
status and experience of judicial officers,
(b) invite suggestions from and
consult with judicial officers as to the nature and extent of an appropriate
scheme,
(c) have regard to the differing needs of different classes of
judicial officers and give particular attention to the training of newly
appointed judicial officers, and
(d) have regard to such other matters as
appear to the Commission to be relevant.
