JURY ACT 1977 - SECT 5
Persons qualified and liable to serve as jurors
5 Persons qualified and liable to serve as jurors
Subject to this Act, every person who is enrolled as an elector for the
Legislative Assembly of New South Wales pursuant to the
Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 is qualified and liable to
serve as a juror.
