INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CHILD EMPLOYMENT) ACT 2006 - SECT 9
Compliance notices may include directions
(1) An inspector may include in a compliance notice directions as to the
measures to be taken to remedy any contravention or matter to which the notice
relates or to otherwise comply with the notice.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), any such direction may offer the person to whom it is issued a
choice of ways in which to remedy the contravention or matter or to comply
with the notice.
