New South Wales Consolidated ActsAn affected employer who, without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to comply with a requirement imposed by a compliance notice issued to the employer is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
Note: Part 6 of Chapter 7 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (as applied to and for the purposes of this Part by section 16) makes provision with respect to the bringing of criminal and other legal proceedings.
