Variation of an enterprise agreement
43 Variation of an enterprise agreement
(1) An enterprise agreement may be varied at any time by a further enterprise
agreement made and approved in accordance with this Part.
(2) The parties to
the further agreement need not be the same as the parties to the earlier
agreement.
Note : Section 169 also enables an enterprise agreement to be
varied at any time to remove unlawful discrimination.
