Payment of penalties
403 Payment of penalties
(1) If any penalty for an offence has been imposed
under this Act in proceedings instituted by an officer of an industrial
organisation, the court concerned may order that the penalty, or part of the
penalty, be paid to the Industrial Registrar for payment to the industrial
organisation.
(2) In any other case, any penalty recovered is to be paid into
the Consolidated Fund or as otherwise provided by law.
