INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 290

No challenge to dual membership with Federal organisation

290 No challenge to dual membership with Federal organisation

No proceedings may be taken to challenge:

(a) the existence of an organisation, or
(b) the registration of an organisation, or
(c) the election of officers of an organisation, or
(d) any decision made by an organisation,
only because members of the organisation are also members of an organisation registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
