INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1996 - SECT 206C
NSW Commission may exercise functions conferred under industrial law of another State
206C NSW Commission may exercise functions conferred under industrial law of
another State
(1) Subject to subsection (3), the NSW Commission has (and may
exercise) such functions as may be conferred on it under the industrial law of
another State.
(2) However, the exercise of any such function by the NSW
Commission is taken for the purposes of this Act not to be the exercise of a
function under this Act.
(3) Subsection (1) does not extend to any function
(or class of functions) conferred under the industrial law of another State
that is excluded by the regulations.
