159 Arrangement of business
(1) The Chief Commissioner is (subject to this
Act and the rules of the Commission) to direct the business of the Commission.
(1A) Without limiting subsection (1), a direction given under that subsection
may be limited to particular proceedings (or particular classes of
proceedings) specified in the direction.
