New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf the Treasurer determines that money standing to the credit of the Policyholders Protection Fund is not needed for payments to the Building Insurers’ Guarantee Fund or the Nominal Defendant’s Fund in accordance with this Part, the Treasurer may pay an amount of money from the Policyholders Protection Fund (up to the amount advanced to the Policyholders Protection Fund by the Treasurer) into the Consolidated Fund.
