INDEPENDENT PRICING AND REGULATORY TRIBUNAL ACT 1992 - SECT 27

27 Service of documents on Tribunal

(1) A document may be served on the Tribunal by leaving it at, or by sending it by post to:

(a) the office of the Tribunal, or

(b) if it has more than one office-any one of its offices.

(2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Tribunal in any other manner.
