INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 - SECT 6
Constitution of NSW Institute of Teachers
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation with the corporate name of
the NSW Institute of Teachers.
(2) The Institute is, for the purposes of any
Act, a statutory body representing the Crown.
