INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 - SECT 26
False information and representation
26 False information and representation
(1) A person must not, in an application for accreditation under this Part,
provide any information that the person knows is false or misleading in a
material particular.
(2) A person must not make any representation to the
effect that the person is accredited at any level of accreditation unless the
person is for the time being accredited at that level.
Maximum penalty: 50
penalty units.
