INSTITUTE OF TEACHERS ACT 2004 - SECT 25
Annual fee
25 Annual fee
(1) A person who is accredited under this Part must, in accordance with the
regulations, pay an annual fee to the Institute.
(2) The amount of the annual
fee is to be prescribed by the regulations.
(3) It is a condition of the
person’s accreditation under this Part that the annual fee is paid.
(4)
This section does not apply to a person who is conditionally accredited under
Division 4.
